TELANGANA STAMP IN TELANGANA STATE

Telangana government stamp seems to have formed alreeady (ofcourse, its just a sample though!). Pro-Telangana activists are already using this as wallpapers in their mobile phones. They also seem to be using this as a tool and are sending it to as many people as possible through bluetooth, MMS, etc. This stamp is said to have been created by a t-activist from Warangal.

“When the state of Telangana is formed, we don’t know whether they would use this as the government stamp but, looking at this, we feel as if Telangana is already formed and boosts our spirits.” said a pro-Telangana activist.

Control Weight Gain With Age

After the age of 40 a person has a tendency of weight gain and for a middle aged person weight gain becomes inevitable even while following a diet. To avoid weight gain with age, we generally, lessen our calorie intake, walk an extra mile and eat less. Well, research has proved that all these practices to avoid weight gain is faulty and may end up creating a problem to our health. Lets look at the reasons of weight gain with age -

1.Lack Of Testosterone – With age men lack in the testosteronehormone which leads to loss of lean muscle tissues and decline in the metabolism rate. Lack of metabolism thus, means less calories being burnt, which leads to accumulation of fat and weight gain. For women it is lack of the estrogen hormone.

2.Less Activity – Muscular body is not for the young alone. With age a man needs to build more muscles, to avoid fat accumulation. With age we lack in physical activities in comparison to what we did when we were young. With less physical activities, the muscle mass decreases, thus putting on weight.

3. Body Process – With age, the process in which your body works also slows down, thus, it may not be able to burn as much fat content at one time as it did earlier. This may lead to weight gain.

Ways to control weight gain with age

1.Physical Activities –
Make sure you are involved in physical activities. You need to increase your metabolism, to burn calories. The best way to increase metabolism is to exercise. Exercise regime should be decided by a well trained instructor, as exercise also changes with age. Your body may not be able to provide as much supply of energy like before, so, your exercises has be to according to it. Increased metabolism will help you to avoid fat accumulation.

2. Dieting Won't Help – Dieting while aging is a bad option. It only leads to more weight gain and health disorders. (Read how)You need to plan your diet and include a lot of fiber, fruits, vegetables, nuts and juices in your diet.

3.Protein Diet – Avoid hard core protein diet as with age your digestive system becomes slow and protein maybe difficult to digest. But include some protein in your diet. Proteins help to build muscles by using fat for it. It also enhances our metabolism.

4.Calories – Intake of excess calories have to be controlled but cannot be avoided completely. A person in the process of aging should have a minimum of 1200 calories intake. Calories work up yourmetabolism and is also a source of energy.

Control your weight gain with age, in the above mentioned points and lead a healthy life. You can also try the Japanese diet to control weight gain with age.

Here are the top tips to avoid snoring

The British Snoring and Sleep Apnoea Association has provided tips to cure snoring problems.

It recommends working out whether snoring comes from the nose or throat, reports the Daily Express.

If you can make a snoring noise with your mouth open and closed, try this: stick your tongue out as far as it will go and grip it between your teeth.

Try to make a snoring noise. If it is reduced, you are probably a "tongue-base snorer", meaning your tongue is vibrating and causing the problem. If you are a "nose snorer" you snore with a closed mouth, it says.

The Association lists their solutions as follows:

1. Sleep on your side

The theory is that when we lie on our backs the tongue and muscles in the throat collapse, constricting the airway and causing snoring.

2. Higher pillows

This aims to keep the airways open by supporting the neck so the throat is less constricted. It works fairly well until you fall asleep and slump down in the bed.

3. Breathe Right Nasal Strips

These are supposed to open your nostrils from the outside and they certainly do seem to do this. They can also provide temporary relief from nasal congestion and stuffiness caused by colds and allergies.

4. Snoreeze Oral Strips

These dissolving mint-flavoured strips target the main cause of snoring and are ideal if you tend to snore more when lying on your back. They contain a time-release formula, which coats the back of the throat throughout the night and reduces the vibrations of the soft tissues, helping to stop snoring.

5. Snoreeze Throat Spray

This lubricates and tones the soft tissues at the back of the throat that vibrate and make you snore.

7. Nozovent

This is a piece of flexible plastic which you push into your nostrils to make them wider and allow easier breathing. It looks like something from the Spanish Inquisition but users report good results.

8. SomnoGuard

This is a bit like the gumshield worn by a rugby player, but it is reported to produce good results. The idea is to bring your lower jaw and tongue forward, making more space for breathing. The drawback is that it takes sometime to get used to and is costly.

9. Rhynil Herbal Spray

The British Snoring and Sleep Apnoea Association says its herbal nasal spray shrinks the lining of the nostril, creating more space to breathe. It also tightens the tissue of the roof of the mouth, making it less likely to vibrate. It smells pleasant and a friend who tried it said it reduced snoring significantly.

10. Abstinence

You should cut down on cigarettes or, better still, give up completely. Also, try to have your last alcoholic drink at least four hours before you go to bed.

Weight loose 10 Principles

Nagarjuna Reddy Yedla

There are so many opinions on how to best shed extra pounds. It is not my intention to discuss which method is the best. Various methods helped many women and men, it is not professional to put down anybody who thinks differently. I just would like to share principles, on which, I think ideal get rid of weight program should be based on.

1. It should be effective. If you do something, you need to know it works, otherwise why bother? Testimonials, word of mouth, case stud ies, scientific research are all good proofs. You should be careful here, though. Make sure that the research you are looking into does not have bias. Ask yourself: who is writing it (pharmacist, medical doctor etc.). What is he/she promoting? Are there any personal benefits that he will get if I read and believe in what he/she is writing about? How big was the study? Was it based on one rat, mixing several substances in a lab, or a big group of real human beings? Does it comply with other sources of information, all you've learned about the subject previ ously, and first of all, with common sense? If somebody wants to say that the junk food is good, he/she will offer you all kinds of studies and testimonials to prove it. Do not rely on opinions, check it out.

2. It should be safe. Some weight loss products can be very toxic, and some diets can be very harmfHealthy foodul. How do you know it is safe? What are the ingredients of the formula? Study every single one of them. It is actually a good idea to have a dictionary of food additives handy, as it will help you to avoid eating unhealthy chemicals, and even more -- you will realize that many things that are man-made are not only harmful, but deadly dangerous.

3. A good get rid of weight program should include firstly and most im portantly, healthy food and secondly, exercise. These are two aspects of your life you have to change, if you want to get rid of weight.

4. It should include all major types of food: carbohydrates, proteins and fats. All 3 of them are essential to health. It is important, however, to choose healthy sources of carbs, proteins and fats in diet. We will talk about them in detail some times.

5. It is not as much about a program, as about your own purpose: getting rid of extra weight should not be an isolated goal. First of all, the most important is to regain health; healthy weight is only a side effect. If you keep this principle in mind, you will not choose a program that will harm you.

6. A great program has a support system, some tools that help you continue on the path of health. Additional resources, forums, meet ings, follow-up consultations etc., anything that will remind, encourage, help you to evaluate your progress.

7. It should be balanced. There are other essentials that are not directly related to restoring healthy weight, but are equally important for general health. I like to present them in an acronym New Start:

NutritionHealthy weight

Exercise

Water

Sunlight

Temperance

Air

Rest

Trust in Higher Power

+ Attitude of gratitude

An Arabian proverb states that the speed of a caravan is determined by the speed of the last camel. Our health level is a lot determined by the most neglected health essential.

N.B. Genetics plays a big role in our health also. It will take much shorter time to recover from a disease for a person with strong genetics comparing to the one who has a weaker one. However, regardless our genetics we can dramatically improve our health levels, skin com plexion and weight by changing our lifestyle. It just takes longer and comes not so effortlessly.

8. It should not present a magic bullet as a solution, but rather focus on lifestyle changes, even though it might use some other powerful tools, like detox and some supplements.

9. It should emphasize emotional health. ALL without exceptions people whom I have seen with weight problem, were suffering with low self-esteem and frequent depression. Without addressing those recovery is not going to happen, because even if you reached your goal "in pounds", you will still continue being unhappy with yourself, and as a result will go back to where you were.

10. It should be simple and make sense, even to a child. Trust your intuition and use your common sense. Ask yourself: is the process gradual, natural and realistic?

Why GOD? Why?

Why GOD? Why?

Posted using ShareThis

Why God ? Why ??

I am the BIGGEST fan of YS.Rajasekhara Reddy , his looks and "Doti" like my father. my role model, "Apara Bagheeratha", "Aapadbhandava-Aarogyasree Data" When i saw the scrool in the TV reg. YS i was shocked. I was kind of very affected with his seemingly incredible self confidence. His body language reeked of that of a go-getter and the way he spoke made me feel that he wants to do nothing short of conquering the world. I am not much into politics and I don’t really know how great a leader or a man he was but I truly was impressed by his dynamism and I remember thinking that it would be very interesting to see how high he will end up in the next few years and as fate would have it, in just a few years after that meeting, he ended up far higher than what I expected. He ended up dead. We never forget his words "Namste akkaiah, Nakaste chellemma, Namste Annaiah"

I find it incredible that a man of his popularity, the most favourite blue-eyed boy of the Congress high command, supposedly worth thousands and thousands and thousands of crores could just die such a lonely death in the middle of nowhere in a jungle getting his mangled body battered with rain for nearly 24 hours and all perhaps because of a pilot misreading the weather or a weather-man’s misreport or YS insisting on taking off in spite of the weather report or a mechanical failure on the chopper’s part. Whatever the reasons might be they seem very simplistic in view of the power and the strength and resources of the man. Lakhs and lakhs of people came after he died and no one was there when he was dying. The greatest technology came into work in the form of ISRO planes and satellite tracking systems to find him and the irony is that he himself didn’t pay heed to the simplest of technologies – that is of listening to a weather report. But to be very fair, how many of us do really listen to such things as weather reports. It’s pretty common knowledge how erratic they are.

But what I would really like to know is whether God had anything to do with his death? I don’t believe in God, but I would like to ask the people who believe in God to answer me these very simple questions.

To start with, God made his chopper crash and didn’t tell anyone about it. While lakhs of people were praying at temples all over the state for his safe and well-being, God was playing hide and seek with their minds on whether YS is safe or not. And when the rescuers finally managed to spot the crashed chopper God presented them with a nice gift of the severed, burnt and charred body of YS.

I am shocked that the believers didn’t even bother to ask Mr.God why he hated YS so much. If YS has reportedly done so much for his love for the people of the state and lakhs of those people also reciprocated that love for him in their grief to the extent of some 144 of them committing suicide, then what the hell was God thinking he was doing when he was killing YS?

Unknowing to us, if YS was actually a bad guy as per God then why did he let him win with such a thumping majority and did a disservice to the people, and also why did he put so much heartache in so many people who are not aware that God thinks so bad of YS or is it that God thinks even the people who voted for YS are bad too?

What I find amazingly and truly incredible is that there was not a single person among the so-called believers in God and followers of YS who were upset and angry with God for what he has done to YS.

Initially before they found his body, for nearly 24 hours his followers kept on confidently repeating again and again “God is with him and nothing will happen to him” and then when God finally broke that myth and gave them the dead body of YS, they said “May his soul rest at God’s feet”. It beats me why anybody will want to rest at the feet of someone who gave him so horrible a death.

The basic truth is that the believers are too scared of God to disbelieve him or distrust him or question him or to be angry with him. Apart from making up conspiracy theories they would blame the chopper, the manufacturers of the chopper, the weather reporter etc but they would not do the same with God in spite of ironically they themselves claiming that God is the sole force responsible for every emotional, intellectual and physical activity that happens in the world.

On the other hand for the lack of any other sensible explanation if the Karma theorists say that YS has been punished by God for the sins in his previous birth then my question to them is why is God punishing the followers of YS also along with him when they don’t even know what YS has done in his previous birth or is it that the followers also committed as many sins as YS. Also I want to ask the Karma theory proponents on why the hell should God keep it a secret on what sins one has done in one’s previous life. Doesn’t it make lot more sense if he just comes straight and tells “this is a sin” so that the chances of one not repeating that sin are that much more? Just imagine the stupidity of a justice system where a man is never told why he is being punished.

The real, actual reason why nobody questions God is because he is the only hope in an otherwise incomprehensible world. If you don’t like the company you are working for, you can change the company. If you don’t like the government that is governing you, you can vote against it, but if you don’t like what God is doing you can’t change the world you are living in. That’s why the believers will stay mum and keep praying in fear, confusion and desperation.

Well, since YS is dead and incidentally he himself was an ardent devotee of God, and hopefully by this time he would have reached the feet of God by the grace and the strength of the prayers of his followers, at least now since I can presume that he would be in a right position to answer, I would like to ask this question of mine directly to YS himself now.

"Namste akkaiah, Nakaste chellemma, Namste Annaiah"

“Why YS? Why did God kill you?” If any mistery is behind it god knows.

Salute to YSR.

How To Negotiate Your Salary

The process of job hunting is full of not just excitement but also anxiety. Preparing a resume, applying for posts, getting ready for interviews, facing the interviewer, waiting for responses and making a decision gets tiring, to say the least. And once you get a job offer, what is most difficult is negotiating the salary. Salary and compensation is that part of the job negotiation that can effectively make or break a deal.

Once a company has selected you, it will contact you for the vacant position. It is generally at this time that the salary is negotiated. Before agreeing to any offered salary, remember that the company requires your skills and finds you competent enough for that job. If you have applied for a new job while already being employed, you would obviously seek higher wages, a better working environment, and an overall upgrade in all aspects of your career.

It is generally a mistake to not ask about your salary up front. It is generally during the interview that the employer will ask you about your salary expectations. Research the market properly and find out what is the standard salary for that kind of profile. Generally, your experience and the standard of the company will also determine the salary offered to you. When asked directly, this can be a difficult question to answer, but remain confident and say what you really expect based on reason and logic.

If you come prepared for such a question, it will be better and you wouldn’t look surprised when the question is popped to you. If your interview has gone well so far, you will be confident enough and upbeat when this question is asked. It is always safe to ask for a base-level salary, and telling the employer that based on your performance you expect a review of your performance in two months or 6 months. This way, the employer will know that you are not unrealistic in your salary demands and also confident of your own potential.

However, if the salary offered is way below your expectations, tell the employer in no unclear terms that you need time to think about it. Ask them for some time and then don’t call up the employer. If they are in dire need, they will call you up themselves and hire you on your terms. If you are appearing for more than one interview at a time, don’t be afraid to let the interviewer know this. Tell them that you have other good offers in hand too and your final decision will only be taken after weighing all the options that you have in hand. Don’t make false claims here, bring it up only if it’s true.

Lastly, remember that if you are out of job then may be it is more important to have a job first so go ahead and accept that offer even if the salary offered is a little lower than what you expected. Once you have some experience added to your profile, you will always be able to negotiate a higher salary in your next job. So, be realistic and be aware of your market value. This is what will get you the salary that you deserve.

"0"SIZE ఇన్ GALS

The global obsession with losing weight was never more apparent as it is this week. A clutch of new studies showed how some of the world's best research centres are spending millions in the hunt for the elusive no-pain, no-sweat weight-reduction pill. The Excercise పిల్ల

The most different slimming solution came from scientists from the Harvard Medical School, which reported that they were a close to developing a pill to help people exercise. Their study, published in the journal Cell Metabolism, showed that physical activity in very overweight mice doubled when a hormone called leptin was switched on in their brain. Leptin was identified 15 years ago as a hormone that curbed appetite and led to weight loss. Harvard scientists now hope to build on the research to create pills to help people get more active without realising it. Next came the July 13 study in Nature Chemical Biology, which reported how new fat-busting pill led fat mice losing one-fourth of their body weight. The drug reduced the body weight of mice by a quarter and fat mass by 42 per cent after a week, with follow-up experiments over the month showing even more dramatic loss of up to 62.9 per cent! The fat-బుర్నేర్స్.

There's more. On July 17, the journal Diabetes reported that a pill derived from naringenin, which gives grapefuit its bitter flavour, caused weight loss by prodding the liver to burn fat after a meal instead of storing it. Simply put, the pill causes weight loss without a change in diet. The bad news is that these wonder drugs are still in the pipeline and will take some years to hit the chemists.

Till then, you have to fall back on the tried-and-tested weight-loss mantra of diet and exercise. For a one kilogram loss in a week, you have to survive on a near-starvation diet of 400 calories (one masala dosa or one large McDonald's Fries) a day if you are a sedentary women (recommended intake is 1,500 calories a day) and 700 calories if you are a man (recommended intake is 1,800). Only aerobic exercise and weight training, not yoga - can help you lose weight and keep it off.

King of Pop Michael Jackson dies at 50

Michael Jackson, the child star turned King of Pop who set the world dancing but whose musical genius was overshadowed by a bizarre lifestyle and sex scandals, died on Thursday. He was 50.

Jackson was pronounced dead at about 2:26 p.m. PDT (2126 GMT) after arriving at a Los Angeles hospital in full cardiac arrest, said Fred Corral of the Los Angeles County Coroner's office. The cause of death was not known and an autopsy would likely take place on Friday, he said.

Jackson's sudden death had been reported earlier by U.S. media, which said he was taken ill at his home and rushed to the hospital by paramedics who found him not breathing when they arrived.

Known as the "King of Pop," for hits that included "Thriller" and "Billie Jean," Jackson's dramatic, one-gloved stage presence and innovative dance moves were imitated by legions of fans around the वर्ल्ड।

He transformed music videos and his lifetime record sales tally is believed to be around 750 million, which, added to the 13 Grammy Awards he received, made him one of the most successful entertainers of all time.

But Jackson's belief that "I am Peter Pan in my heart", his preference for the company of children, his friendship with a chimp, his high-pitched voice and numerous plastic surgeries also earned him critics and the nickname "Wacko Jacko."

Jackson, who had lived as a virtual recluse since his acquittal in 2005 on charges of child molestation, had been scheduled to launch a comeback tour from London next month.

Quincy Jones, who helped arrange the music on the album "Thriller" and produced the "Off the Wall" album, told MSNBC: "I am absolutely devastated at this tragic and unexpected news."

"For Michael to be taken away from us so suddenly at such a young age, I just don't have the words. I've lost my little brother today, and part of my soul has gone with him."

SOLD-OUT SHOWS

Jackson had been due to start a series of concerts in London on July 13 running until March 2010. The singer had been rehearsing in the Los Angeles area for the past two months. The shows for the 50 London concerts sold out within minutes of going on sale in March.

"Rarely has the world received a gift with the magnitude of artistry, talent, and vision as Michael Jackson," said Neil Portnow, president and CEO of The Recording Academy in a statement.

"He was a true musical icon whose identifiable voice, innovative dance moves, stunning musical versatility, and sheer star power carried him from childhood to worldwide acclaim."

There were concerns about Jackson's health in recent years but the promoters of the London shows, AEG Live, said in March that Jackson had passed a 4-1/2 hour physical examination with independent doctors.

Outside the hospital in Los Angeles about 200 fans and reporters gathered on Thursday, waiting for confirmation of Jackson's death or condition.

Some fans were crying and hugging each other, and others were climbing atop fences to get a better look at a microphone stand where a news conference was supposed to take place.

"I hope he's gone to God, and I hope that he's free of all the troubles he's been plagued with," Tonya Blazer, 50, who said she had been a fan going back more than four decades to his days as a child star.

"I just feel like I'm paying tribute to him," said Dawn Burgess, 42, a fan who said she had posters of Michael pinned to her bedroom wall when she was a child.

CHILD STAR TO MEGASTAR

Jackson was born on Aug. 29, 1958, in Gary, Indiana, the seventh of nine children. Five Jackson boys -- Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Michael -- first performed together at a talent show when Michael was 6. They walked off with first prize and went on to become a best-selling band, The Jackson Five, and then The Jackson 5.

Jackson made his first solo album in 1972, and released "Thriller" in 1982, which became a smash hit that yielded seven top-10 singles. The album sold 21 million copies in the United States and at least 27 million worldwide.

The next year, he unveiled his signature "moonwalk" dance move while performing "Billie Jean" during an NBC special.

In 1994, Jackson married Elvis Presley's only child, Lisa Marie, but the marriage ended in divorce in 1996. Jackson married Debbie Rowe the same year and had two children, before splitting in 1999. The couple never lived together.

Jackson has three children named Prince Michael I, Paris Michael and Prince Michael II, known for his brief public appearance when his father held him over the railing of a hotel balcony, causing widespread criticism.

New Yorkers and tourists in the city's Times Square were shocked at the news of Jackson's death.

"I don't know what to say. It's sad, it's really, really sad," said Nicole Smith, an 18-year-old student from Brooklyn, New York, in Times Square. "My mother was a fan. I listened to his music."

"I'm shocked. I thought someone was lying to me when I first heard it. I was a fan from when he was a little boy and then he got weird," said Sue Sheider, 51, a teacher from Long Island.

Dos and Don’t at the time of the Visa Interviews
    · Dress properly for the Visa interview
    · Answer all questions confidently
    · Read your entire visa documentation before you go for the interview
    · Get all information about the organization which applied for your work permit. Get the names of the key officers in the organization
    · Get to understand clearly the areas of work of your prospective employer and be prepared to explain how your skills are relevant to the requirements of the employer
    · Find out which medical plans are offered by your employers
    · If asked about your place of work, please repeat faithfully what is said in your h1 petition
    · Donot volunteer information or keep on talking. Answer only to the point.
    · Please donot say anything about green card or anything to the effect that you would want to be in the USA permanently.
    · Go sufficiently early for the interview to avoid the queues
    NOTE:
v Please also understand that the US Consulate tries to find out whether your employer is bodyshopper or a general development company.
v Please also ask you employer to submit brochures/ documents to show that they are a development company in US and they need you to do development work on site.
v The Consulate will not accept documents received directly from the company; applicants must bring their own documents. If you are the beneficiary of a Blanket L petition, you must submit 3 additional copies of the I-797 and the I-129 forms with your application.

    WHY FAILURE
    1. Failure To Carry Adequate Documents For Stamping: A large number of visas are rejected on account of the candidates’ ignorance of the accompanying documents he/she needs to carry for stamping the H-1B visa. A list of the important documents are:
    · Completed visa application form available at the US Embassy or Consulate.
    · Passport valid for travel to the United States and with a validity date at least six months.
    · Beyond the applicant's intended.
    · One colored photograph 1 and 1/2 inches square (37 x 37mm).
    · Original H1 visa approval, Form I-797.
    · Copy of the complete petition filed with INS.
    · Degree certificates issued by the Universities.
    · Original appointment letters from all your employers and relieving/experience letters from your previous employer.
    · Last salary slip. Income tax returns and Form 16. Your identity card and business / visiting card of your current employer. Documents, which prove your work, experience.
    · Technical description of the project, market analysis, itinerary of services
Many candidates fail to carry the last pay slip, identity card or the appointment letter. The Consulate does not operate on trust and needs tangible documents to establish proof of identity and authenticity of information. (See Stamping Requirements) A failure to carry these documents could send a wrong signal to the Consular officer that you have something to hide.
    2. Failure To Review Documents: Before stepping into the Consulate office, step into the Consular officer’s shoes and thoroughly review documents to be presented as evidence of proof of identity. Consider this: Parvati M lost her chance of getting a visa because her name was spelt as Parvathi M on two vital documents. Although this particular reason for rejection could be termed an aberration rather than the rule, a large number of visas are rejected on account of errors which appear minor to the candidate but are not necessarily so in the eyes of the Consulate.
    3. Qualification Failure: The H-1B visa is available only to professionals who are engaged in specialty occupation. The INS defines the term professional as: a) you do work that requires a Bachelor’s degree in a specific field and b) you have a degree which is the equivalent of an American university degree. If you do not possess a degree in your field you should have a minimum of three-year work experience. If you do not possess the requisite educational qualification or work experience, the Consulate has the right to disqualify your petition.
    4. Failure To Answer Questions Briefly: Section 214(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act states: "Every alien shall be presumed to be an immigrant until he establishes to the satisfaction of the consular officer, at the time of application for admission, that he is entitled to a nonimmigrant status." This means that before your visa is approved, you must prove to the Consulate that you will return to your country. Most candidates fail to realise that the law places the burden of proof on the candidate and fail to answer questions on future plans correctly. On a number of occasions, the US Consulate rejects visas because candidates do not answer questions posed by officer succinctly and accurately. The most common question asked by the Consular officer is: "Do you intend to permanently immigrate to the US? Your answer should be a clear and unhesitant No. Beware of questions such as: "What if the employer sponsors your green card or has the employer applied for your green card’ must be answered in the negative. Answers such as "I will think about it then" or "if circumstances change I may become a resident" will result in immediate rejection of the your visa application because it indicates that you are thinking of using the H-1B route to permanently immigrate to the US. Even if you are not averse to applying for a green card later, please do not confide in the Consular officer. Many applicants lose their visa because they literally "think" too much. The innocuous sounding phrase "I think" has cost more visas than any other phrase. The US Consulate is not against the reasoning faculty but does not want the candidates to think that the company is in Provo-Utah. The phrase I think does not prove your mental agility but reveals that you are uncertain and unsure of the answer.
    5. Failure To Gather Adequate Information About Sponsor: The Consulate will check on your sponsor to ensure it is not being duped. The Consulate expects the candidate to have basic information about the company, which has applied for the visa. Many visa applicants look blankly at the Consular officer on being asked: How many branch offices does the company have in the US, in which US State does the company have its head quarters, who is the Director of the company, how many employees does the company employ? Answer these questions accurately.
    6. Do Not Badmouth The Company: Do not badmouth the employer and confide in the Consular officer that you are dissatisfied with the salary or the medical package or that you have entered into some kind of private agreement with your employer. The only corrective action the Consulate will take is to cancel the application.
    7. Failure To Understand The Salary Package: The Consular officer may question you on the last salary you were drawing. Many candidates fail to understand the salary package correctly. Your salary does not merely include the take home pay but also benefits such as PF, medical allowance etc. The Consular officer will perceive your ignorance as misrepresentation of facts and deny the visa.
    8. The Multiple H-1B Visa Factor: Often, IT professionals forget that negotiating for the H-1B visa with various companies is not the same as simultaneously negotiating for a job with various companies in India. If two or more companies file for H-1B papers at the same time on your behalf, and you conceal this information from the Consulate; you could be permanently debarred from entering the US. The INS maintains computerised records of all applications. A simple check would reveal that you have forwarded incorrect information and attempted to defraud the Consulate by misrepresenting your case.
    9. Company's Sins Of Omission And Commission: The INS wants concrete proof that the sponsor has the financial muscle to pay worker’s salaries. If a particular H-1B candidate’s sponsor has committed the following sins of omission and commission, the visa petition will be rejected:
    · The company has defaulted on tax payments.
    · The company does not have an IRS number.
    · The company is a start-up and does not have a single year’s balance sheet to prove its Financial muscle to pay workers. There is no minimum business volume or number of US employees required by law, but the sponsor must be able to prove that he can support the petition. If you are being sponsored by a start-up, the company must show contracts or letters regarding future business to be contracted by the candidate.
